Egg Pudding Cooking

 

 

1.Take one bowl of milk and sugar and bring to boil.

2.Remove bowl after milk and sugar boils.

3.Add 2 bowl of milk with the hot bowl of sugar milk.

4.Crack the 2 eggs and add to the milk (3 bowls).

5.mix the completed product for approximately 5 minutes.

6.Take the completed product and divide into 4 bowls.

7.Place steamer in wok and appropriate with water to boil.

8.Turn on stove and wail for water to boil in wok.

9.When the water beings to boil place the 4 bowls of milk into the wok to

steam and cover with wok cover.

10.Every 2minutes remove the wok cover to check the progress.

11.Cooking time is approximately 6 minutes.

13.Stick a fork / chopstick in the 4 bowls and pull out. If the egg does not

stick on the fork / chopstick, when pulling out then the egg pudding is ready

to be served.

 

NOTE:

1.Egg will cook in 60 ( F.

2.Keep range at median temperature.

3.Every 2 minutes remove the wok cover to check progress.
